Yes, outside Accra usage is permissible at an extra fee BUT NOT ALL RENTAL VEHICLES can be used outside Accra. Kindly speak to your service provider
Yes, a rented vehicle can be delivered to the comfort of your zone. Our delivery charges do not include fuel costs. However, we offer the convenience of delivering rented vehicles to your preferred locations within and outside the city, with fees applicable. These fees are negotiable depending on the distance. It’s important to note that the fuel level must be returned to its initial state upon leaving our office, as the delivery fee specifically excludes fuel
costs incurred after departure.
Clients are responsible for fueling their own vehicles. Unless the car has been refueled, clients must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when the vehicle moved from the office
After payment is made to confirm booking, a 48-hour grace period applies to cancel without penalty; cancellations beyond this timeframe will incur a fee determined by SWIFTFLITZ
Chauffeured vehicles do a maximum of 10-12hours/day.
Self drive do a 24-hour but 23-hours on the date of return
Some luxury vehicles (self-drive) do a 12-hour daily policy.
Policies range per vehicle. Kindly speak to your service provider
The minimum rental duration is typically two days or more for self-drive options. For one-day rentals, clients will need to opt for a chauffeured car service.
In rare cases, a self-drive option may be available for a single day, depending on specific circumstances. For clarification, please contact the service provider directly
In the event of a mechanical breakdown, we will assess and repair mechanical issues promptly; if repairs take time, a temporary replacement vehicle will be provided, pending a timely reporting by the renter
Yes, you can extend your rental period in most cases, subject to availability. If you need to extend your rental, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to discuss your options and make arrangements. Additional charges may apply for extended rental periods.
We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a grace period for late returns. However, if you anticipate returning the car late, please inform us as soon as possible. Late returns may incur additional charges, so it’s best to communicate any changes to your rental schedule in advance.
